Premier Air Charter (San Diego McClellan Palomar) announced the addition of two Citation Jet 3s in January 2025, the first units of the type in its Part 135 fleet. The aircraft, N795KF (msn 525B-0365) and N973CG (msn 525B-0391), have an average age of 12.9 years and are configured to accommodate up to six passengers each.
N973CG was previously operated privately in the United States, while N795KF was registered as N795JS and operated by FlyExclusive since 2021. The jet's last flight under FlyExclusive's 'JRE' code was on August 2, between Norfolk International, VA and Kinston. FlyExclusive continues to offer fifteen Citation Jet 3s for charter.
With the addition of the two Citation Jet 3s, Premier Air Charter's Part 135 fleet has expanded to a total of seven aircraft. It also includes two Challenger 601-3Rs, a Citation Jet 2, and two Citation Xs. The company recently added its first GIV, managed and operated by Paradigm Jet Management, while also retiring the sole Citation Jet 1 from its Part 135 fleet.
