Altair International Corp., a Nevada-based holding predominantly active in the mining, metals, and green technologies sector, has acquired a 100% stake Premier Air Charter (San Diego McClellan Palomar). The operator is planning to rebrand and expand following the takeover.
"As we prepare to file for a name and symbol change to more accurately reflect our vision, we are excited to unveil our ambitious growth plans in the near future," new president Ross Gourdie said.
Premier Air Charter's Part 135-certified charter fleet currently comprises eight aircraft: one Challenger 601-3R, one Citation Jet 2, two Citation Jet 3s which were inducted earlier this year, three Citation X, and one GIV-SP. The company has additional aircraft under Part 91 management.
