VistaJet Group Holding has added a Citation XLS+ to the United Kindom market through a partnership with SaxonAir Charter (SXN, Norwich International).

“Welcoming this Citation XLS onto a United Kingdom certificate, in partnership with Saxon Air, allows us to offer domestic services on the Vista Members fleet," said Nick Van der Meer, chief operating officer at Vista. The company cited growing demand for domestic flights in the country as the main driver behind the move.

As previously reported by ch-aviation, SaxonAir inducted a first Citation XLS+, G-VJTA (msn 560-6165), in January 2025. The 10.9-year-old aircraft, configured for up to eight passengers, was previously operated by VistaJet (Germany). It resumed operations on May 2, 2025, with a flight between Bournemouth and Farnborough following a six-month period of inactivity.

SaxonAir chief executive Alex Durand noted that the company's experience with United Kingdom operations, combined with Vista’s global reach, creates new opportunities in the market. “Adding such a popular aircraft type reflects the strong demand for business aviation that continues to be seen in this country,” he added.

Earlier this year, VistaJet raised USD1.3 billion in funding, including USD600 million from Singapore-based private equity firm RRJ Capital and USD700 million via a senior secured loan maturing in 2031.
