NovaJet (NOJ, Toronto Pearson) has added a first Citation Sovereign+, ch-aviation research reveals.
C-GLMI (msn 680-0533) is a 10.3-year-old aircraft configured to seat up to eight passengers. It was first active under NovaJet's 'NOJ' code on Ferbuary 7, 2025, completing a roundtrip between Kitchener, where it is based, and Pontiac Oakland County International. The jet is currently certified exclusively under CAR 604 (private operations only) regulations.
The aircraft was the only Citation Sovereign+ operated by Skyservice Business Aviation, which no longer flies any units of the type. However, the company continues to operate three other Citation-family jets, a Citation Jet 1+, a Citation Excel, and a Citation XLS, alongside 56 aircraft from other manufacturers.
NovaJet's fleet now comprises a Citation M2, a Citation Jet 1+, the newly added Citation Sovereign+, a Learjet 40XR, a Challenger 350, three Challenger 605s (it recently phased out the Challenger 650 variant), a Challenger 800 (CRJ200), a Global Express XRS, a Global 6500, which was recently inducted, a Falcon 900B, a Falcon 900DX, a Falcon 900EX EASy, a Falcon 900LX, a Falcon 2000, a Phenom 300, an Astra 1125, an Astra SPX, a G150, a G200, a G650ER, a Hawker 750, and a King Air B200GT.
