Charter airline and fly-in-fly-out operator Nantay Pty Ltd, trading as Maroomba Airlines (Perth International) has changed hands, according to the carrier's LinkedIn page. Two couples have taken control of the carrier, effective immediately, bringing "a wealth of expertise across engineering, operations, customer experience, and stakeholder engagement" to the business.

The post says Phillip Garcia, Stephanie Garcia, Michael Evans, and Katrina Evans have taken ownership. Evans Airborne is jointly owned by Michael and Katrina Evans, and BMA Holdings is jointly owned by Michael Ardagh, a former pilot at Cathay Pacific (CX, Hong Kong International) who acquired Maroomba Airlines in 2018.
