The sole Citation XLS+ operated by ACASS Ireland has been reregistered in Germany, ch-aviation research shows. The aircraft is at the centre of a dispute between ACASS Ireland and the jet's owner, Amborella.

D-CPLN (msn 560-6003) has been parked at Bournemouth since October 21, 2024, following a flight from Farnborough under ACASS Ireland's 'SON' code, then still registered as EJ-PRLN. According to photographs seen by ch-aviation, the aircraft was seen with the new German registration at Bournemouth on February 3, 2025.

Although the new operator of the 16.2-year-old jet remains unidentified, the reregistration follows Amborella's request to transfer the aircraft to a Hamburg-based company. ACASS Ireland said it had cooperated with this request but sought to recover EUR1.19 million euros (USD1.24 million) in outstanding maintenance costs related to the aircraft from its owners.

ACASS Ireland now operates a locally-registered fleet comprising a Global Express XRS and a G450, while managing additional aircraft across different registries. The group's other divisions, ACASS Europe and ACASS Canada, do not operate any Citation XLS+.
