Desert Jet will now focus on its FBO and Part 145 maintenance services having sold its executive charter business to Advanced Air (AN, Hawthorne).

This sale will allow Desert Jet to focus on acquiring additional FBOs in strategic locations and expanding our proven, award-winning service in FBO, aircraft maintenance, and airport real estate development," CEO Jared Fox said.
Desert Jet's Part 135-certified fleet currently includes one Citation Bravo, three Citation Jet 3s, two Citation Sovereign, one Challenger 300, and one Beech (twin turboprop) King Air B300.
"This acquisition is part of our broader vision to offer an unmatched private aviation experience, with seamless management and charter services designed to cater to both aircraft owners and charter clients," President and CEO of Advanced Air Levi Stockton said.
Advanced Air's Part 135 fleet comprises eight King Air B300s, two Challenger 300s, two PC-12-47Es, and two Do328-300s.
