UAE-based AP Holdings Co. Ltd is planning to acquire a controlling stake in Ukrainian passenger charter carrier, Constanta Airlines (UZA, Zaporizhzhia), Interfax news has reported.
According to a government bulletin, the firm is seeking to acquire a 99.81% stake in the carrier, previously held by Cyprus-based Energy Standard Projects Limited, for UAH2.334 million hryvnia (USD92,200).
Founded in 1998, Constanta Airlines operates a single Yak-40 - UR-AKW (msn 9731255).
