Qazaq Air (IQ, Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev) will operate subsidised services on six domestic routes in Kazakhstan between November 1 and December 31, 2025, under a government programme to boost tourism in the landlocked country.
The airline will offer discounted fares on the following routes:

Prime Minister Oljas Bektenov said in February that the Kazakh government subsidises fares on 26 "socially important" routes annually and extended the scheme to 12 tourist-oriented routes this year. The subsidies are intended to improve regional connectivity and stimulate passenger demand, especially for tourists.
Qazaq Air operates five DHC-8-Q400s and plans to induct its first B737s by year-end as part of its rebranding into Vietjet Qazaqstan.
