Royal Airways (Chad) (N'Djamena) plans to launch its first international route, between N'Djamena and Douala in Cameroon, on September 15, according to ch-aviation research.
In a social media announcement, the privately owned carrier said services would operate 3x weekly.
The airline, which received its air operator's certificate (AOC) in July 2023, currently serves seven domestic destinations from the capital N'Djamena, including 5x weekly flights to Abéché, 3x weekly frequencies to Amdjarass, 2x weekly to Faya-Largeau, Moundou, and Sarh, and weekly to Am Timan, its published schedules reveal.
The current fleet includes one ATR42-300, TT-ROB (msn 230), which joined the airline in March 2025 from the Chadian Air Force (Force Aérienne Tchadienne), which operated it on behalf of the country's government under the registration TT-ABE. The aircraft is not tracked by ADS-B data websites.
One E140, TT-DEW (msn 145604), was delivered from Regional One in June 2024. Regional One is due to deliver two more E140s, msn 145582 and 145584, both currently stored at Mbombela in South Africa, according to ch-aviation data. One Falcon 900EX, TT-DEX (msn 075), has been stored at St. Louis Spirit of St. Louis since August 2024.
