Silver Air (United States of America) (SIS, Santa Barbara, CA) has phased out its sole Phenom 300 from its Part 135-certified fleet, ceasing Embraer Executive Jets charter operations. Simultaneously, the company also removed its only Hawker 400XP from its certificate, ch-aviation research reveals.

The Phenom 300, N814SP (msn 50500031), is a 14.3-year-old aircraft configured for up to six passengers. It was retired on December 9, 2024, following a flight from Dallas Love Field to Van Nuys under Silver Air's 'SIS' code. After a test flight on December 23, it repositioned to Mesa before flying to Monterrey del Norte on January 8, 2025, where it remains parked. Operated by Silver Air since 2021, it was the second of two Embraer jets in the company's fleet after a Phenom 100 managed between 2011 and 2018.

The Hawker 400XP, N448SC (msn RK-448), was retired a month earlier. The 19.7-year-old jet, configured for up to eight passengers, was actively operating until November 19, 2024, when it flew between Fargo International and Scottsdale. After being parked until December 31, it repositioned to Pittsburgh International, where it is now based. The aircraft was active again on January 16, performing some flights until January 23 under the 'SIS' code, before starting to operate under the 'RVJ' code of Aircraft Management Group. It joined four additional Hawker 400XPs in the Part 135 fleet of the operator.

Following these retirements, Silver Air's Part 135 certificate now comprises two Challenger 350s, a Challenger 850, two Global Express, two Global 5000s, a Citation Mustang, a Citation Jet 2, a Citation Jet 3, a Citation Ultra, a Citation Excel, a Citation Latitude, three Citation X, a G200, a GIV-SP, a GV, three G550s, and a Hawker 800XPi.
