PlaneSense (Portsmouth) and Jetfly Aviation have announced a fractional ownership partnership, enabling share owners of each programme to utilise flight hours on the other's fleet. The partnership will commence on April 1, 2025.
Collectively, the two companies operate a fractional fleet of 101 Pilatus Aircraft. PlaneSense's fleet comprises forty-six PC-12s and sixteen PC-24s, while Jetfly Aviation operates twenty-six PC-12s and thirteen PC-24s. Flight reservations and billing processes will remain managed by the respective companies.
All of PlaneSense's aircraft are Part 135-certified, operating under the certificate of Cobalt Air (United States of America), which allows the company to conduct charter flights and offer jet cards. In an exclusive interview with ch-aviation in 2024, PlaneSense CEO George Antoniadis revealed the company's goal of expanding to a fleet of over 100 Pilatus Aircraft units.
Meanwhile, Jetfly Aviation, in addition to the Pilatus fleet, operates three Vision Jet G2+. The Luxembourg-based company also provides aircraft management and charter services.
