Tarp Aviation (RLA, Moscow Vnukovo) has recently added three Bombardier Business Aircraft Global jets, including the only Russian-registered Global 7500, ch-aviation research reveals.
The Global 7500, RA-73592 (msn 70070), was active under Russian registration already since December 2022, although at that time it was flying under its registration with no operator callsign. On May 27, 2024, the 4.3-year-old aircraft began operations under Tarp Aviation's 'RLA' code, on a flight from Moscow Vnukovo to Dubai World Central.
Initially registered in Bermuda as VP-BAT, the jet was managed by Avcon Jet, and flew for the last time under the Bermudan registration on December 24, 2022, between Tbilisi and Almaty International.
In the second half of 2024, Tarp Aviation added an 11.9-year-old Global 5000, RA-73637 (msn 9547). The aircraft was first active on August 29, departing out of Vnukovo. Initially using the registration as callsign, it began operating under Tarp Aviation's 'RLA' code in mid-September.
Originally delivered to Avcon Jet Malta, it was transferred to the Austrian division of the company in 2020. It flew for the last time as OE-LEV and under Avcon Jet's 'AOJ' code on February 26, 2022, from Dubai International to Moscow Vnukovo. The jet was parked for more than two years before being inducted to Tarp Aviation's fleet.
Most recently, Tarp Aviation added another Global aircraft, RA-73650, which began operations for the operator on January 2, 2025, between Moscow Vnukovo and Malé. Details regarding the type and serial number of the jet are currently unknown.
The three aircraft join two Challenger 650s, another Global 5000, a Global 6000, a G650, and a Tu-204-300 in Tarp Aviation's fleet. All the identified Global jets were operated by Avcon Jet.
Tarp Aviation, formerly Rolema, is chaired by Vitaly Tereshchenko, former general manager of Sirius-Aero (later rebranded as UNISKY (Russian Federation) and now in bankruptcy) and RusJet.
