VistaJet Group Holding will once again outsource its United States East Coast shuttle services, transferring its two 18-seater CRJ200LRs operated by subsidiary XOJET Aviation (XOJ, Fort Lauderdale Executive) to third-party operator Tri-State Charter (Johnstown John Murtha Cambria County). The service, operated under Tri-State Charter's luxury travel brand Slate Aviation, will build on Vista's existing shuttle between New York and South Florida.

The collaboration will commence in March 2025 and will cover peak-season flights available up to four times a day, seven days a week. Ticket sales are set to begin in the first quarter of 2025.

Private Jet Card Comparisons reports that XOJET Aviation's two CRJ200LRs, which currently operate the charters, will join Tri-State Charter's fleet. The aircraft, inducted in 2022, currently connect airports in the New York metropolitan area, including Farmingdale, Teterboro, and White Plains, to Fort Lauderdale International and West Palm Beach International in Florida.

Tri-State Charter's Part 135 certificate currently comprises five CRJ200ERs, two CRJ200LRs, a CRJ200XR, two Challenger 800 (CRJ100)s, and three Challenger 850s. The exact number of aircraft that will operate as part of the agreement is unclear.

XOJET Aviation launched per-seat shuttle services in 2019 after Vista Global acquired JetSmarter, a platform offering similar per-seat shuttle options, and consolidated both into a single brand, XO Powered by JetSmarter. These services were initially outsourced and then brought in-house, and will now be outsourced again.

In addition to the two Bombardier Aerospace aircraft, XOJET Aviation's Part 135 fleet includes twenty-two Citation Xs, which were put up for sale in August 2024.
