ProAir Aviation (PAV, Stuttgart Manfred Rommel) resumed Bombardier Business Aircraft operations with the addition of a brand-new Global 5500.

D-ASHY (msn 60145) was delivered on January 8, 2025 directly from Montréal Trudeau to Stuttgart Manfred Rommel and will soon be added to the company's Air Operator's Certificate (AOC).

The operators last Bombardier aircraft was a Challenger 650 retired in 2024, msn 6150, which had the same registration, D-ASHY.

ProAir Aviation's fleet now consists of 32 aircraft, including two Citation Jets, two Citation Jet 1s, a Citation Jet 1+, two Citation Jet 2s, ten Citation Jet 2+, a Citation Jet 3+, a Citation Jet 4, three Citation Jet 4 Gen2s, a Citation M2, the newly inducted Global 5500, two Phenom 100s, a Phenom 300, a Phenom 300E, two King Air B260s, and three PC-12s.
