Best Jets International (DOW, St. Paul Holman Downtown) retired its sole Citation aircraft, namely a Citation Excel, from its Part 135-certified fleet in November 2024, as shown by ch-aviation research.

N885BB (msn 560-5135) was last active under the 'DOW' code on September 9, performing a test flight around St. Paul Holman Downtown. The 24-year-old jet, configured to seat up to eight passengers with Best Jets International, is no longer listed as Part 135-certified.

Best Jets International's Part 135 certificate now consists of seven executive jets, including two Challenger 300s, a Falcon 2000, a Falcon 900, a Falcon 900DX, a G550, and a GV.

The private jet charter and aircraft management specialist also operates two 30-seater E170s within its Part 135 fleet, specially configured for group travel. Both Embraer aircraft operated charter flights to Anguilla in 2023, serving members of the Aurora Anguilla Resort & Club. The resort is owned by Richard M. Schulze, founder of Best Jets International and electronics retailer Best Buy.
